  • Do you have my package?

    Since leaving the Barrhaven area we no longer handle Fedex or Purolator packages. For your convenience, several resources that may help you along are listed below.

  • Do you do house calls?

    Unfortunately our business clients keep us busy enough; we simply do not have the manpower to offer on-site service to home users.

    You can always schedule a remote session with us (you'd be surprised the things we can fix that way!) by calling us at 613-843-1236.

    For a fee, it may even be possible for someone to pick the machine up from your house, however this will be decided on a case-by-cases basis.

  • Do you do phone / remote support?

    We sure do! We offer remote support to anyone who is experiencing a problem with their computer. We have the technology to remote into your computer and look at the problem for ourselves with you on the phone with us. If you would like to set a remote service appointment please call us at 1-613-843-1236 and we will be glad to help.

    Our remote service costs $89.99/hr of the technicians time, billed to the nearest ten minute increment.

  • What are your store hours?

    Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. We are no longer open weekends.
